Proposals for the inner city of Philadelphia, an area that is currently suffering from high levels of abandonment. The scheme proposes a bottom up approach that works with existing site conditions and suggests ways in which abandoned areas can be reconfigured and revived using a kit of parts that will be made available to local residents and community groups.
